Simon Brown
Simon Brown is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Company.
EPS President began his security career in 1993 with Group 5 Security Corporation where he worked as a mobile driver, guard, and process server. In 1997 joined Westfair Foods as a Loss Prevention Officer and in 1999 was promoted to Assistant Loss Prevention Manager for Saskatchewan overseeing all security-related operations for the province including the training and mentoring of 50 staff.

In 2001 he left Westfair Foods and returned to Group 5 Security as the Mobile Manager and in 2006 took over the company altogether. Since 2006 Mr. Brown grew the company 20 times the size it was when he took it over and then sold the company to another security provider in 2011 and ran the Sask operations for that business until this year when he started Executive Protection.

Jon Zanger
Jon Zanger is responsible for the day-to-day management of EPS’s major clients.
EPS VP Major Accounts began his security career in December 1999 working with OBO in Saskatoon working primarily at Sask Place now the Credit Union Centre. He also traveled with the company from Dauphin MB. to Camrose AB. providing security for outdoor country and rock music concerts as well as Agribition in Regina until 2002.

He then began working for Protocol Security as the guard manager until 2004 when at that time left and went to work as a senior security and life safety officer at the Cornwall Centre in Regina. In 2006 he started with the Hudson Bay Co as a loss prevention Supervisor and left the Cornwall security team. In 2008 he worked for Walmart as a senior loss prevention officer while doing event security on the side with Group 5 Security until 2012. Jon spent 6 months with Garda as the Operations Manager there before coming joining Impact full-time as the Operations Manager. Jon started with EPS at its inception in April 2021
